To begin the design process, our designers will visit your property and collect all of the necessary information from the consultation phase. Our goal is to create a design you will love for years to come. Every one has there own taste, meaning a sleek modern look may not be the best theme for someone who likes to keep things classic and simple.
 
The design phase is the most important as it will set the foundation for the work to be done. This means we do not skip out on any steps. Our designs are presented in our 3D rendering software so you are able to get a real time look at what your outdoor living space will be. A compilation of video walkthroughs and photos will be made showcasing your project during the day and at night. If you are worried about not liking the first design, do not worry as we provide 3 renditions of the project each with their own unique features and styles. This allows us to take key pieces of each design to create our final design which will be used to construct your landscape project.

Working in this fashion makes a clear
expectation for what is to be done and
what the end result will look like. We do
not believe in going through with a
project without a concrete plan in hand
that puts us both on the same page.
During the process we work along side
you to incorporate your “wants” and
“needs” you wish to have in your project.
We are there present you all of the small
finish details you can imagine all the way
from the paver stone you want to use,
down to the colour of your mulch.
 
Once we have ironed out absolutely
every last detail of your project, we build
you a detailed quote. After the approval,
we set our start date and move onto the
building phase.
